Requirements
- Foundational Experience: 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in marketing or a related field, or equivalent applicable experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus but not expected.
- Communication: Clear and proactive communicator with the ability to share updates and collaborate across teams; comfortable presenting information to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Experience working with internal teams and external partners; exposure to agency coordination or international stakeholders is a plus.
- Project Support: Strong organizational skills to assist with scheduling, maintaining calendars, and supporting project execution.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutions with guidance from senior team members.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Brand Knowledge: Interest in the Pokémon brand and willingness to learn about the TCG category; passion for gaming or entertainment is a plus.
- Cultural Awareness: Understanding of Japanese language and business culture is a strong plus, but not required.
- Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 5–10% of the time.
