Job Description
The Talent Acquisition team is seeking an intern to support recruiting operations and help deliver an exceptional candidate and new-hire experience. This role is a hands-on opportunity to learn how a recruiting function runs day-to-day while supporting interviews, onboarding, and core Talent Acquisition activities.
Requirements
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Jobvite) and support updates to templates and documentation
- Coordinate background checks, track progress, and collect required documents
- Organize, prepare, and help lead New Hire Orientation sessions
- Support new hire processing, including I-9 verification and pre-boarding tasks
- Assist recruiters with job postings, candidate communication, and general coordination
- Provide reporting or administrative support to the TA Operations Manager as needed
- Complete ad hoc tasks and special projects assigned by Talent Acquisition leadership
