Job Description
As a factory Operations Controller, you will be involved in the business and ensure financial activities are in line with accounting principles, legal and X Requirements. You will report to the factory Business Controller and be responsible for various financial and operational activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
- CIMA or ACCA certification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing and supply chain/logistics environment
- Familiarity with ERP software (JDE / Cognos/BAAN/ Navision and ERP transitions)
- Proficiency with Excel and other BI tools
- Robust financial reporting skills (US GAAP or IFRS)
- Good knowledge of business and operational processes
- Excellent understanding of Financial and Management Accounting
- Customer oriented, result driven, accurate and cost awareness
- Ability to effectively operate, switch and communicate across all levels
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
