Job Description
Our clients Site in Den Bosch is rapidly expanding providing Manufacturing, Supply Chain and R&D Services. As Site Business Controller, you will lead a small team, adding value to the MT by thorough business analyses demonstrating financial leadership.
Requirements
- Build a high performing site Business Controlling team
- Drive the end to end business development of the site Den Bosch
- Ensure integrity of monthly financial close for the site Den Bosch
- Ensure robust budget & forecasting processes (quarterly & annual) and control
- Analyze actual KPIs, against budget/ forecast and provide timely information to stakeholders.
- Challenge and support management and ensure that corrective management action is taken.
- Identify and drive operational cost down projects.
- Provide business analysis to support business decisions and where relevant take lead in implementation
- Design/ build an appropriate IT infrastructure
- Ensure compliance and control on high impact business processes (J-SOX, payroll, payments, governance etc.)
