CNA/Memory Care Support Partner $20-$21 3pm-11pm (Full-Time)

We are looking for a CNA/Memory Care Support Partner to join our team at The Rushwood Senior Living in Wichita, Kansas. The role involves creating human connection with residents, documenting resident care, and assisting with orientation of team members. The position requires a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing and a positive attitude towards our residents.

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Computer skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
