We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to work as a Nurse Manager at The Rushwood Senior Living in Wichita, Kansas. The ideal candidate will have a positive and energetic attitude, a thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations, and the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds. We offer a sign-on bonus of $5,000 and a competitive hourly wage of $33.00-$37.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing within state of employment
- Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations
- Comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulation and law
- Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to the residents
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall
- Criminally cleared
