Job Description
The Group Leader 1 will support the Program Director, offering oversight for a designated group of children and a specialized activity. This role involves leading and guiding children, ensuring the program adheres to ethical standards, and contributing to the overall mission of The Salvation Army GAINS Program. The ideal candidate will be motivated, teachable, and possess strong communication and leadership skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 Years’ Experience in Youth or Camp Programming
- Experience in teaching and encouraging others preferred
- Current CPR & First Aid Certifications
- Available for part-time hours on School Days and full-time hours on Non-School Days
