Job Description
The Group Leader I will serve as a support role under the direct supervision of the Program Director, focusing on the daily operations of the school-Age Child Care program. This role involves oversight of a designated group of children, specialized activities, and exercise of leadership over assigned staff. Responsibilities include teaching, communication, and supporting the Program Director's mission.
Requirements
- Involvement in all aspects of the program, including dining, outdoor activities, and children's needs.
- Promote code and ethics for children and staff.
- Completion of Orientation Sessions and parental meetings.
- Attend and contribute to Leadership Meetings.
- Complete Debrief at the end of the school year & summer camp.
- Ability to respond to emergencies and maintain health and safety of children and staff.
