Job Description
The Salvation Army of the Syracuse Area is seeking a Part-Time Resident Manager to provide therapeutic and supportive activities to runaway and homeless youth at Booth House. The role involves implementing daily activity programs, engaging with youth, providing crisis intervention, and assisting with activities such as meal preparation and security checks. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with adolescents or young adults
- CPR Certification
- Ability to diffuse crisis situations
- Ability to document program events
