Job Description
The Scion Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician II for their Copper Beech, San Marcos, Texas facility. The role involves providing customer-centric maintenance services for assigned properties, responding to service requests, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring apartment readiness. Performance will be based in an 'on-call' capacity, with a focus on customer service and resident trust.
Requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency in Entrata and CMMS systems.
- Maintain physical condition of property according to established standards.
- Operate system monitoring/diagnostics and perform preventative testing.
- Read blueprints and warranties.
- Follow safety procedures and document work.
