The Scion Group is looking for a creative and analytically minded individual to add value to the Marketing team, with a focus on traditional marketing, grassroots initiatives, and lead generation support.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing strategy, or lead generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management or marketing tools (e.g., ClickUp, dashboards, CRM systems) is a plus.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Willingness to occasionally support on-site or in-person marketing events, as needed.
- Commitment to professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be willing to work full-time for the full 10-week term of the program, beginning June 8, 2026.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required.
