Job Description
Scion is hiring for a Porter/Gatekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of a residential property's common areas. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a drive to follow through. The Porter will assist with general maintenance needs, cleaning and moving services, and be highly accountable.
Requirements
- High school/GED or trade school diploma
- One year of full-time experience in lawn/grounds maintenance (or equivalent)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand 8 hours or longer and lift up to 100 lbs.
