Job Description
The Scion Group is hiring a Porter/Gatekeeper for a residential property to provide optimal care and maintenance of common areas. The role requires a customer-centric individual to maintain cleanliness and general upkeep, assisting with various maintenance needs, and contributing to a professional and safe environment. The position is initially 'on-call' except during PTO periods.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or trade school diploma
- One year of full-time experience in lawn/grounds maintenance, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work up to 8 hours a day and lift up to 100 lbs.
- Efficient reading and documentation skills
