Job Description
Scion is hiring a Porter/Gatekeeper to provide care and upkeep of residential property's common areas. The role requires a customer-centric individual with initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include general cleaning, repair, and maintaining properties to safety standards.
Requirements
- Maintain the physical condition of the property.
- Perform physically demanding work.
- Remove trash and debris.
- Sweep and remove debris.
- Apply weed and feed.
- Install seasonal plantings.
- Maintain and repair irrigation system.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to pool equipment.
- Ensure safe property and resident safety.
- Maintain required property uniform.
