Job Description
The Scion Group is hiring a Porter/Gatekeeper to provide clean and maintained common areas for a residential property. The role is customer-centric, demands initiative, and requires a strong eye for detail and follow-through. This position is full-time, with no visa sponsorship.
Requirements
- Maintain the physical condition of the property.
- Perform physically demanding work.
- Remove trash and debris from common areas.
- Maintain and repair stairwell treads and exterior lighting.
- Perform snow removal.
- Clean pool and spa.
- Perform routine maintenance to pool equipment.
- Follow emergency procedures.
- Maintain required property uniform.
- Efficiently read and document labor and materials.
- Work with urgency.
