Job Description
We're hiring a Porter/Gatekeeper to maintain the common areas of a residential property. The role involves general cleanliness and upkeep, as well as assisting with maintenance needs and cleaning services.
Requirements
- High school/GED or trade school diploma
- One year of full-time experience in lawn/grounds maintenance
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to stand 8 hours or longer per day and lift up to 100 lbs.
