Job Description
The Scion Group is seeking a seasoned investment professional to join their Investments team as a Vice President, Portfolio Management. This role focuses on capital markets strategy, portfolio optimization, and investor relations, overseeing fund-like portfolio management initiatives and supporting capital deployment decisions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and hands-on leader with analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, STEM, Real Estate or related field
- 7+ years of professional acquisition experience in real estate investment management, portfolio management, capital markets
- Expert level knowledge of cash flow modeling and portfolio management, with proficiency in Excel
