The Food & Beverage Lead will effectively manage all aspects of a food & beverage area, delivering an exceptional food, beverage, and service experience for all guests.

Requirements

• Directly align with the venue's Mission Statement and Core Values
• Manage the daily production, preparation & presentation of all food for the facility's concessions and special events
• Assist in training, mentoring, and supervising all food & beverage team members
• Operational manage Health and Safety practices to ensure inspection compliance that result in A scores
• Effectively manage customer complaints and suggestions
• Effectively manage the food & beverage aspect of a food & beverage area during events
