Head Lifeguard - Adventure Cove

The Head Lifeguard position is responsible for the safety of all guests in and near the pool area and providing direction to lifeguards on shift. The position involves enforcing pool rules, preventing injuries, and providing effective leadership and direction to lifeguards.

Requirements

• Current American Red Cross Lifeguard certification
• Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor certification
• Experience in customer service, leadership, and team building
