The Lifeguard will be responsible for the safety of all guests in and near the pool area. This role requires enforcing pool rules, preventing injuries, and providing guest service.
Requirements
- Enforce all pool rules
- Prevent injuries and minimize hazardous situations
- Provide patron surveillance
- Handle all injuries, accidents, and emergency situations
- Instruct various ages in swimming, water safety, and other aquatic programming
- Complete assigned cleaning duties
- Attend in-service training as scheduled
- Pass the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training and First Aid, CPR/AED for Lifeguards
- Exceed guest expectations and deliver world-class guest service
- Complete other duties as assigned
