Requirements
- Oversee recruitment and development of staff and/or Independent Contractors/Drivers
- Evaluate staff and/or Independent Contractors performance
- Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with customers
- Ensure safe working environment and enforce policies and procedures
- Review KPIs and identify process improvement strategies
- Conduct team meetings and training sessions
- Develop and manage annual operation budget
- Comply with Local, Federal and State legislation
