MCI is seeking bilingual Call Center Representatives to provide excellent customer service, technical support, and sales assistance. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and speak English fluently
• Wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to type quickly and accurately
• Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
