Job Description
MCI is seeking an experienced Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Account Executive to lead strategic initiatives, generate new business, and expand their presence in the infrastructure and workforce solutions space. The role involves coaching clients, managing sales, mentoring team members, and generating revenue. MCI is a fast-growing tech-enabled business services company offering CX, BPO, and XaaS solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Sales Executive
- Experience working with leading staffing agencies such as Randstad, AppleOne, Robert Half, Allegis, Kelly Services, Adecco, or Manpower
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, lead generation, and B2B marketing
- Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making abilities
- Highly self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
