The Toro Company is seeking a detail-oriented Merger and Acquisition (M&A) Analyst to support all phases of mergers and acquisitions opportunities and projects. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of corporate finance concepts, excellent analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or other relevant degree; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA) preferred.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or in a previous corporate development role.
- Data modeling skills, including demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, sufficient to create complex queries, build complex/efficient financial models, create macros and modules, and summarize key findings from database downloads.
