Development Associate

The Trustees of Reservations is seeking a Development Associate to support a growing Development team. This role will involve managing fundraiser communications, donor stewardship, event assistance, and database maintenance for annual fundraising and major gift prospecting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and be passionate about the organization’s mission to protect and preserve Massachusetts’ unique natural and historic assets.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of related work experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s Degree or Associates degree preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce database
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
