Project Manager - M&O

The Tsui Group is seeking a Project Manager - M&O for a large educational client in Los Angeles County. The role involves managing all facets of pre-construction, bid, and close-out projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and coordinating with various agencies. The ideal candidate will oversee budget, schedule, and contractor performance.

Requirements

• Manage all aspects of a commercial and/or public/educational facility construction project.
• Review pre-construction documents and submit comments to the Designer.
• Prepare reports to management on project status.
• Monitor project budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with public agencies during pre-construction and construction.
• Manages both project budget and schedule.
• Coordinates with the contractor, architects, and engineers.
• Approves contractor change orders.
• Monitors payments for contractor, architects, and engineers.
• Administers provisions of Professional Service Agreements.
• Coordinates delivery of related amenities.
