CVMC Speech Language Pathologist

Woodridge Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with geriatric populations and be able to develop individualized treatment plans to optimize quality of life and promote healing.

Requirements

• Evaluates patients and develops individualized treatment plans
• Applies therapeutic techniques to address patient treatment needs
• Develops trusted relationships with nursing staff and medical providers
• Completes necessary documentation and billing
• Manages caseload effectively
• Stays current with trends and practices in therapeutic evaluation and treatment
• Participates in clinical staff education, meetings, and quality improvement programs
• Demonstrates excellent time management, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
