Job Description
The IncLab is seeking an Intellectual Property Specialist / Paralegal to support their software-focused company, which provides intelligent digital applications for defense and aerospace. This role involves drafting and managing patents, trademarks, and copyrights for software and digital solutions, collaborating with R&D and business teams, and ensuring compliance with IP laws. The company values a collaborative and positive work environment focused on innovation.
Requirements
- Legal degree or certification as a licensed paralegal.
- 3+ years of experience researching, drafting, and preparing patent, trademark, and copyright filings.
- 3+ years of experience managing IP portfolios and tracking deadlines.
- Experience conducting due diligence and analyzing licensing opportunities.
- Experience advising on infringement and enforcement.
- Experience preparing compliance disclosures and regulatory approvals.
