Job Description
The IncLab is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver innovative software solutions for the Department of Defense and U.S. Government. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, contributing to complex systems, and leveraging modern technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of systems architecture, coding, and cloud infrastructures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing software systems.
- Hands-on expertise in modern software development stacks (e.g., MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js, Electron.js, Nest.js, Yjs, Kafka).
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, JavaScript, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
