Nurse Practitioner

Theoria Medical is seeking dedicated nurse practitioners to join its team to provide high quality care at skilled nursing facilities. We have flexible scheduling and a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted RN and NP license in the state of practice
• National board certification as an NP (e.g., AANP or ANCC)
• DEA License: Required or ability to obtain
