Requirements
- Round and manage clinical care at assigned SNFs.
- Prescribe medications and treatments for SNF residents.
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care to SNF patients.
- Timely documentation of patient care and encounters.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Ability to be on-site during scheduled shifts.
