Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our team at Theoria Medical. This is a full-time, in-person position with a salary of up to $165,000 annually. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to patients residing in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).

Requirements

• Rounding and managing the clinical care of the population at the assigned SNF
• Providing high-quality, patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services to patients residing in SNFs
• Timely documentation of all patient care/encounters
• Availability for phone/secure messaging consultations with facility nursing staff
• Reliable transportation
