Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our team at Theoria Medical. As a Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for rounding and managing the clinical care of patients at our skilled nursing facilities. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care services and be available for phone/secure messaging consultations with facility nursing staff.

Requirements

• Licensure in the state of Illinois
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility
• Ability to perform daily rounding and prescribing medications and treatments
• Timely documentation of patient care/encounters
