Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or social media growth roles.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Deep understanding of content performance drivers, platform algorithms and best practices.
• Solid working knowledge of native and third-party social media tools.
• Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English
• Additional languages a plus.
