Requirements
- Distributor experience across EU or given territories
- Experience leading a sales function managing experience account managers
- Proven experience working with retailers, grocers, distributors across the EU (Germany, Netherlands, France, Spain) - Asia or MENA an added bonus
- Proven track record of exceptional sales and contract negotiation skills, with demonstrated commercial acumen
- Experience in P&L management and global sales and export operations
- Previous success in selling food or food-related products to B2B customers, particularly high-value accounts
- Strong understanding of strategic business direction and priorities, with the ability to align sales strategies accordingly
- Experience leading and coaching high-performing sales teams, driving accountability and continuous improvement
- Ability to leverage category insights from multiple data sources to inform strategic decision-making
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Knowledge of compliance with international documentation requirements for B2B customers, including shipping and product origins
