Job Description
Lynwood, CA school is seeking a Part-Time Afterschool Program Leader to work with a group of students in an in-person environment. Program Leaders will be responsible for fostering a safe and nurturing learning environment, providing positive adult role models, and supporting student growth. The role involves maintaining high standards for behavior and safety, creating engaging activities, and participating in staff development.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- District-specific - 48 semester/60 quarter units and/or pass a pre-employment test.
- Ability to speak and write Standard English.
- Must pass Live Scan (criminal background check) and TB Test.
- At least six months experience working with a group of 10 or more students.
- Advanced Math and English skills (K–8).
