Job Description
Think Together provides part-time programs for students in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Program Leaders act as mentors, coaches, and role models, fostering a safe and nurturing environment. They maintain standards for behavior and safety and are responsible for academic enrichment, student support, and school upkeep. Program Leaders need a genuine interest in student growth and a commitment to teamwork.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Standard English proficiency
- Live Scan (criminal background check)
- Negative TB Test (last 3 years)
- 6+ months of classroom experience (afterschool or recreation)
