Job Description
The Program Leader role involves working with a group of students, providing positive adult modeling, coaching, and mentoring. This in-person position focuses on creating a safe and nurturing environment, establishing authority, and supporting student growth and development. Program Leaders work in school sites throughout California, implementing Think Together's four core agreements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- District-specific 48 semester/60 quarter units
- Pass pre-employment test
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to speak and write Standard English in a public school setting
- Pass Live Scan (criminal background check)
- Provide negative TB Test dated within the last 3 years
- At least six months experience working with 10+ students
- Advanced Math and English skills (K-8)
- Bi-literacy in Spanish (preferred)
