Job Description
Think Together is seeking a Substitute Program Leader for a full-year program. This part-time role involves providing academic and emotional support to students, creating a safe learning environment, and assisting with lesson planning and student safety. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and a genuine passion for fostering student success.
Requirements
- Provide homework assistance, academic enrichment, and physical activity.
- Create an engaging environment for students.
- Support students in making positive behavior choices.
- Maintain student safety by taking check-ins and ensuring orderly sites.
- Identify student needs and communicate to relevant parties.
- Commit to a full-year program and meet time card requirements.
