Think Together is seeking a Substitute Program Leader to work with a group of students in a positive adult role as a coach, mentor, and model for growth. The role involves creating a safe learning environment, implementing behavioral strategies, and ensuring student safety. This is a part-time position with varied assignments, requiring a commitment to working at different locations and maintaining student well-being.

Requirements

• Provide homework assistance and academic enrichment.
• Engage students through lesson plan implementation and creating a welcoming environment.
• Ensure student safety through proper setup, break-down, and ongoing maintenance.
• Maintain student safety by taking sign-ins/sign-outs and reviewing attendance.
• Maintain student safety and take assessments.
