Bilingual HR Generalist

Thompson Pipe Group is a privately held family business seeking an experienced HR Generalist to partner with managers and employees to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant HR practices. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building a positive and productive workplace culture.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary HR contact for TPG-Houston
• Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and ownership
• Coordinate new hire orientations, benefit enrollment, and HR training
• Support employee relations, develop and maintain talent management and onboarding process, create and maintain job descriptions, manage recruitment and onboarding processes, partner with supervisors and managers on performance management and disciplinary actions
• Process complaints regarding workplace harassment or discrimination, and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, collaborate with payroll and safety teams to ensure accurate timekeeping, reporting, and compliance
