We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with progressive human resources experience to manage a wide range of HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish
- Approximately 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proven experience managing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management processes
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred experience with current HR tech stack: Lattice, ADP, and Workable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
