Job Description
Thompson Pipe Group is seeking a Lead Person to coordinate pipe finishing, outlets, and loading, ensuring quality and safety. The role requires technical proficiency, adherence to company policies, and the ability to develop action plans. This is a pivotal position within a diversified manufacturing company.
Requirements
- Lead and coordinate critical areas of pipe finishing, outlets/specials and loading.
- Coordinate and assure proper material deliveries.
- Ensure safety, quality, and production objectives are met.
- Develop action plans to meet deadlines and responsibilities.
- Monitor personnel for adherence to company policies.
- Read blueprints and specifications.
- Produce a quality product and evaluate performance.
- Maintain order.
- Strive for zero defects.
- Evaluate personnel.
- Require communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds.
