Job Description
Thompson Pipe Group is a family business specializing in drainage, sanitary, and pressure pipe systems, serving the US and North America. They are seeking a Lead Person for Paint operations to coordinate and ensure quality, materials, and production objectives. The role requires technical proficiency and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- Coordinate and coordinate critical areas of pipe finishing, outlets/specials and loading.
- Coordinate and assure proper material deliveries.
- Ensure safety, quality, and production objectives are met by being a presence on the floor.
- Develop action plans in order to meet deadlines and responsibilities.
- Monitor personnel for adherence to company policies and productivity
- Produce a quality product that meets the customers’ expectations while ensuring that drawings and job specifications are followed
- Perform requirements to satisfy company procedures including administrative requirements
