Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and detail-driven Field Engineer to be the heartbeat of our on-site operations. As our go-to person on-site, you'll be involved in every phase of the construction process, coordinating teams, tackling challenges, and supporting smooth execution day in and day out.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- At least 1 year of construction experience required. Relevant internships or equivalent hands-on experience in construction may also be considered to meet this requirement.
- Foundational knowledge of construction terminology, processes, and plan reading.
- Exposure to construction scheduling, cost tracking, and job site safety practices.
- Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore or similar construction software is a plus.
Benefits
- Annual Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
