Requirements
- Respond to inbound inquiries with urgency, prioritizing speed-to-lead to maximize conversion rates and capitalize on high-intent prospects for our USA event portfolio.
- Own your sales pipeline from initial contact through close, maintaining accurate CRM data and progressing leads through each stage of our proven sales process.
- Hit and exceed clearly defined KPIs including response times, conversion rates, call volume, and revenue targets - with full transparency and regular performance tracking.
- Execute a consultative sales approach, understanding the specific needs of USA-based senior executives and matching them with the right events and networking opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads efficiently, determining budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT) to prioritize high-value opportunities and close individual and group delegate registrations.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision makers across diverse industry sectors, maintaining consistent follow-up and pipeline hygiene to drive deals forward.
- Work within a structured sales process, following proven methodologies while receiving ongoing coaching on advanced sales techniques and objection handling.
- Collaborate with a high-performing sales team, sharing best practices around speed-to-lead and pipeline optimization while earning uncapped commission on every sale.
- Progress rapidly with potential advancement into senior business development roles focusing on sponsorship packages or conference production positions.
