Lead AI Client Advisor

The Lead AI Client Advisor is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention of key Thomson Reuters AI Solutions customers, focusing on increasing product adoption, utilisation and value realisation. The role acts as a trusted adviser to clients, directly engaging with them to understand their use cases, drive solution adoption and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and customer experience.

• Legal experience and practical knowledge of legal practice
