Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to recommend, demonstrate, and implement legal technology solutions to customers. The successful candidate will have experience working within a similar environment and will be able to demonstrate how they have added value to their organization by streamlining business processes. The role involves working closely with sales teams, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and providing expert advice on how best to implement solutions.

Requirements

• Bilingualism (English/French) is required
• Law degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Experience with generative AI and SaaS solutions in a legal environment
• Familiarity with Legal Research services and methodology
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Highly organized individual capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously without compromise on quality
• Proven track record of delivering high quality work under pressure
• Ability to influence others through persuasive argument
• Strong interpersonal skills including negotiation techniques, conflict resolution strategies, active listening and relationship building tactics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of relevant software packages used within industry sector desirable
• Willingness to travel occasionally
