Job Description
Thomson Reuters Labs is seeking a Research Scientist Manager to lead a team of experts in machine learning research. The role involves strategic planning, hiring, and management of the research team, as well as conducting innovative research in AI/LLM Agent approaches. The successful candidate will have a PhD in a relevant discipline, 3+ years of experience leading teams in ML/NLP/AI systems, and a strong publication record in top-tier conferences.
Requirements
- PhD in a relevant discipline
- 3+ years of experience leading teams building advanced ML / NLP / AI systems in academia or industry
- Strong publication record in top-tier conferences
- Familiarity with one or more deep learning frameworks
- Experience in ML Research beyond completing a PhD
- Excellent communication skills
