Solution Consultant Lead - Tax

We're seeking a Solution Consultant Lead - Tax to join our Asia Markets division. As a player-coach, you'll balance individual performance targets with team leadership responsibilities, developing and managing a team of solution consultants while maintaining your own revenue quota. You'll drive personal revenue performance, lead and develop a high-performing team, deliver expert pre-sales consultation, build team capability, design innovative solutions, optimize resource allocation, and translate market insights into action.

Requirements

• Proven solution consulting expertise with extensive customer-facing and pre-sales solution consulting experience
• Deep knowledge of tax and accounting industry solutions, workflows, and corporate client needs
• Subject matter authority with the ability to solve complex, multidisciplinary problems and provide specialist advice to senior management
• Player-coach capability with the ability to excel as an individual contributor while simultaneously developing others
• Strategic relationship builder with a strong track record of developing relationships with key internal and external customers
• Revenue accountability with comfort in dual accountability for personal quota attainment and aggregate team performance metrics
• Coaching and development mindset with the ability to create development opportunities and model exemplary behaviors
